We welcome singers born in 1993 or later to prepare for the Queen Sonja Singing Competition 2025. Learn from the best, reach new audiences, and compete to perform in the final concert at Oslo Concert Hall with the Oslo Philharmonic. Join us online 11-12 June and in Oslo 14–22 August!

The Queen Sonja Singing Competition is a supporting competition that aims to provide career opportunities for young singers. Participants in the competition get the chance to connect with their future colleagues, influential figures within the opera world and new audiences.
Through exposure to casting directors, masterclasses with award-winning professionals, career development sessions with industry representatives, concert engagements and considerable cash prizes, participation in the Queen Sonja Singing Competition offers young singers a valuable kick-start to their careers.
