Preliminary rounds: Who sings when, and how to see it live!

Game on! Thursday, August 17 is the first day of the preliminary rounds in Queen Sonja Singing Competition. now enter the first round of the the Queen Sonja Singing Competition.

On Thursday August 17th and Friday August 18th our contestants will perform in the the preliminary rounds at the Oslo National Academy of the Arts.

Schedule and order of appearance

39 contestants will be narrowed down to 12 for the semi-final on Sunday, August 20. From here, only 6 finalist will reach the coveted Grand Final at The Norwegian National Opera & Ballet.

How to get tickets

Both the preliminary rounds and the semifinal is open to the public, free of charge.
