Ida Eid Tunestveit

Voice: Soprano

Ida Eid Tunestveit is a 22-year-old soprano with an impressive background despite her young age. She holds a bachelor’s degree in classical singing from Barratt Due Institute of Music, where she graduated with the highest honors on her final exam. She is currently continuing her education at the Oslo National Academy of the Arts, where she is pursuing a one-year program in opera. She has studied under Solveig Kringlebotn throughout her entire academic journey.

Ida has already made her mark on the international opera scene, having participated in the prestigious Salzburg Festival for two consecutive years. Her interest for contemporary opera has also brought her to the Norwegian National Opera, where she performed in a contemporary opera production with VoxLAB. In addition to this, she made her debut as “The First Lady” in Mozart’s “The Magic Flute” at the Berlin Opera Academy.
